I was ~this close to buying this dress today, but it was wayyyy too tight. I could barely move. maybe 10lbs from now, I’ll order it.

yoga
Oh and tonight i’m doing yoga. After that 4.5 mile run yesterday I am not in the mood to go for a run. Hopefully yoga gives me the stretches I need. :)
breakfast
This morning I had a 110 calorie bagel thin with two egg whites … i wouldn’t say i’m exaclty “full” but it was only 144 calories!
today
Sitting my butt from 8-5 is SERIOUSLY killer. Ugh.
breakfast: bigger bowl of Bran cereal, chai roobios tea with stevia sweetener
snack: one cup of coffee (actually only half) and small piece of rhubarb pie (someone brought it in! I had to…)
lunch: 6 inch sub from subway - Spicy Italian - probably should have gotten something heatlhier. and a bag of baked chips.
workout: I’m going to go to the gym and probably run 1.5 miles, do some weights and if I feel up to it go to the Body Flow class at 6:45. If I don’t go to the class, then I’ll run 3 miles. My back is REALLY sore from yoga/pilates … but I know I should just push through it. Also not hurt myself again though…
dinner: I might make asparagus and brussel sprouts and a potato… I’m definitely over calories but if I get a good work out in I should be okay.

yesterday went well until my roommate wanted to order Mia’s in honor of our last few weeks together. *sigh*
Oh well. today is a new day. avocado and bagel for breakfast (with NO butter!)

for lunch i have a salad kit which is around 400 cal total and then for dinner depending on time i’m going to either make brussel sprouts and chicken or asparagus and chicken.
i’m also going to go to yoga at 6:45 and run a little after. YAHOO.
